The eCommerce Sales Development Representative performs assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rx’s eCommerce Manager. 40 outbound calls per day minimum. Of these calls, 50% should be directed towards acquiring new or reactivated clients, while the remaining 50% should focus on securing repeat business from existing customers. This role is crucial to Wasatch Rx’s online business partnerships, focusing on outbound client engagement, customer service, platform management, and order management.
- Schedule: M-F 7:00am – 3:30pm, Eligible for a hybrid remote schedule (1 day per week) after 90 days
- Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week
- Base Pay: $21.00/hour (DOE)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Outbound Client Engagement:
- Conduct at least minimum required outbound calls to existing eCommerce clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell and address any issues.
- Generate leads by reaching out to cold and warm potential new eCommerce clients through proactive communication and research.
- Implement email campaigns and outreach strategies under the direction of the eCommerce Manager to engage both existing and potential clients, promoting new products, special offers, and company updates.
- Platform Management:
- Consults on trending product and pricing offer lists.
- Assist with online product catalog to support online retail platforms.
- Perform other project-based work as assigned.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, company text and email.
- Research and resolve order discrepancies.
- Order Management:
- Process customer orders placed through online retail platforms.
- Coordinate incomplete orders (pending or hold status).
- Verify account registration for new customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or enhancing customer satisfaction in previous roles.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate-level skills.
- Quick to adapt and learn new sales platforms.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time with or without the use of a sit-stand desk.
- Ability to work at a computer station for extended periods of time.
- Ability to answer phones with or without the use of a headset.
- Ability to work on location out of the Sandy, UT Office.
