This role requires an individual who can think strategically, execute with precision, and interface with key stakeholders across North America. If you are a self-starter and know how to execute programs within a given set of parameters, then this role may be for you. You will work closely with the Global Revenue Enablement team and Revenue Operations to deliver high quality programs; and will spend your time identifying and driving initiatives that impact the North American revenue-generating ecosystem (field sales, insides sales, sales development, relationship managers, and channels and alliances). The role reports to the Director of Global Delivery and Execution.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with enablement leadership to develop & deliver high impact programs across field sales, insides sales, sales development, relationship managers, and channels and alliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver trainings/seminars in a VILT, or ILT format.
  • Effectively communicates plans, progress, and results of enablement programs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate quarterly enablement calendar, manage registrations, and track attendance of in region events.
  • Develops strong cross-functional partnerships across the enterprise to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs across North America.
  • Consistently collects feedback to enhance programs to keep up with changing needs of the organization.
  • Supports North American regional events such as: Pit-Stops, Global Kickoff, Ramp2Reveune, plus additional high impact events as needed.
Background
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in enablement or relevant operations, sales, or sales support roles for hyper-growth organizations
  • Able to incorporate feedback into projects, without losing direction and theme of original program intent
  • Highly efficient, organized, self-motivated professional
  • Approaches work with a creative, problem-solving mindset that promotes a climate of involvement, cooperation, and teamwork
  • Ability to engage and inspire through both content and delivery
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a driven and energetic environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Must have the ability to focus on details while not losing sight of broader goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a face-paced environment and stay flexible.
Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $125,000- $160,000.
In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
