Our software development division is dedicated to creating cutting-edge technology to empower our clients and drive their success. We are currently seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the software development division.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and effectively articulating the value proposition of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Work closely with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns and optimize lead conversion rates.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales development or business development roles, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
