To enhance our competitive advantage and market position in Regional Accounts and increase revenue from accounts.
As a 911 Restoration Franchise National Accounts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting and growing accounts. The primary consideration on this role will be based on pre-existing accounts and the ability to bring in new accounts to generate new Regional/National revenue through the sale of 911 Restoration Franchise’s products, solutions, and services. Through the process of prospecting accounts, you will learn to build a revenue generating sales funnel to drive your sales. You will work within a team environment to manage, maintain, and grow accounts. In addition, you will work side by side with prospective clients as a professional consultant to analyze restoration needs and make recommendations on solutions that will benefit the client and 911 Restoration Franchise.
Main Functions
Major Functions Daily/Weekly/Monthly:
In addition to the description listed above at 911 Restoration Franchise, you will also be responsible for the
following:
- Filling your weekly calendar with prospecting and cold calling new accounts which encompasses:
- Increase sales revenue by consistently achieving sales goals and OKR Goals
- Pipeline needs to be full of 3 main categories, which will be discussed during training, 200-300 entries a week for the first 30 days.
- Cold calling for new accounts and consistent follow-up.
- Travel (25-50%) – visits to Potential and Existing Clients
- Setting up Vendor Packets
- Onboarding with New Clients
- Creating SOPs
- Creating Marketing Campaigns for NA through texting and emailing platforms
- Work with Digital to create Regional Social Media Post
- Creating your own Social Media post
- Post or reposting of 3-5 social media entries a week.
- Submitting your daily info on each client in HubSpot Platform CRM by 7pm that day with detailed notes
- Attend all mandatory weekly/monthly meetings.
- Accurately recording expenses and submitting expense reports by the end of each week – which will be reimbursed to you on the following pay period.
- Hitting outlined sales objectives on a weekly and/or monthly basis

Qualifications:
2+ years in the restoration industry experience preferred.
2 + years as National/ Regional account sales experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
