Note: Should be educated on Hemp, Delta 8, THCA, and CBD.
As a Sales Representative, you'll take charge of a designated state, reaching out to leads (smoke shops), closing sales, and cultivating lasting relationships with customers. Duties:
- Reach out to potential customers using our CRM system to assess their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with smoke shop owners and key employees to encourage repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve or surpass sales goals.
- Use CRM software to monitor leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable about hemp and cannabis (both THC and CBD).
- Proven track record in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
