- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans based on findings.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
