- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on pipeline status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in business development, including the ability to identify potential leads and convert them into customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals in a competitive environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $76,568.00 per year
