Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling and Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce TamCare Services and generate interest in our offerings.
- Meeting with Prospects: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client needs and demonstrate how our services can meet those needs.
- Developing Proposals: Craft customized proposals that align with client requirements and showcase the unique benefits of our services.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client.
- Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Daily Sales Activities: Manage all aspects of daily sales activities, including tracking results, scheduling appointments, and providing feedback to management.
- Utilize CRM Systems: Document all client interactions, update contact information, and track progress in the sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights into potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and understand their company’s structure and needs.
- Feedback and Strategy: Provide regular feedback gathered from client interactions to help improve our services and refine sales strategy.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the facility services or service industry.
- Proven track record of establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Strong resilience and ability to persist through challenges while maintaining a positive outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to navigate obstacles.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Confident negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for client needs while understanding when to compromise.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation for travel throughout South Florida.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (BASED ON EXPERIENCE), with a commission structure and performance bonuses (no commission cap).
