What you'll do
- Guide, direct, and evaluate the work of Support and Implementation management team members
- Define and maintain key operational metrics to drive efficient customer success
- Collaborate with leadership to understand and optimize business P&L
- Liaise with key Product, R&D, and Sales leaders to ensure seamless customer experience
- Serve as the primary escalatory point of contact for all customers
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Provide coaching and feedback in regular one on ones with employees
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals set by management
Who you are
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple customer and team related needs at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
- Great people skills; ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them
Physical Considerations:
- Ability to work in a general office environment
- Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
- Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed
Travel Considerations:
- Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 15%
