Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong face to face interactions, have experience in data entry, and client relation building.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Market products to leads and provide information about products and services.
  • Accurately enter customer data into the system and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist customers with their products .
  • Activate and troubleshoot phones
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
  • Provide support in various office tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service and sales representatives role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent face to face etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using office software and technology.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.

Pay: $57,126.00 - $63,215.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
