Day-to-day:
- Outbound calls to provided leads using a proven and informative script
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored
product recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential customers and following up on
leads
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize our proven sales script to provide information that will help new business owners succeed
- Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
Compensation:
Paid training
We offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan
after 120 days
Uncapped commission where successful first year sales representatives are earning $60,000 - $100,000 per year
