Join Warrington Chimney & Fireplace as our new Customer Service & Sales Specialist! This multi-faceted position blends sales, dispatching, and customer service, creating an exciting and varied work environment. You'll engage with existing customers to explore their needs, propose solutions, and close sales, while also managing dispatch operations and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers to renew services, upsell products, and confirm satisfaction with previous services.
- Respond to incoming inquiries with detailed product and service information, turning interest into successful sales.
- Accurately dispatch service teams, coordinating logistics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Utilize CRM systems to record all customer interactions, sales details, and dispatch information, ensuring data accuracy and valuable insights for future sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies that increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Support general office administration and contribute to the overall smooth running of operations.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field that involves active selling and customer engagement.
- Strong persuasive communication skills, adept at closing sales and enhancing customer relationships.
- Multi-tasking abilities, capable of managing sales calls, customer service, and dispatch duties seamlessly.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems, including dispatch software.
- Organizational prowess, with the capability to maintain high levels of customer service and administrative responsibilities.
