Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Operations Manager to meet any customer requests/sales administrative duties including but not limited to customer account setup, providing order status updates, and dealing with all incoming emails and calls.
- Create invoices and deal with customer credits (collaborate with finance Dept.).
- Attend weekly meetings with other departments.
- Request samples with Quality Assurance and ensure couriers or company transport is organized, based on customer requests.
- Liaison with Supply Chain.
- Assist Marketing and Sales in implementing and monitoring approved programs.
- Maintain customer database, binder updates (pricing), folder updates for new account maintenance.
- Support existing and new customer contracts, tenders, listing forms (completing documents).
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, related to the delivery of goods.
Main requirements for this position:
- University or college degree, preferably majoring in Sales and Marketing.
- Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as sales and marketing assistant or related roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
- Must possess good customer service, communication, and teamwork.
- Must have good organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
