This is your opportunity to join our team in the BDC department at Mad House Motors!
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in the BDC department or in sales.
- Solid knowledge of using social media for promotion and lead generation.
- Spanish (not a mandatory requirement).
- Familiarity with work platforms Eleads.
- Proven experience in scheduling and tracking appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of BDC tools for lead capture and follow-up.
- Interaction with potential customers through calls, emails, and text messages to schedule appointments.
- Coordination of schedules between customers and sales representatives to facilitate dealership visits.
- Active follow-up with customers to ensure a satisfactory purchasing experience.
