Job Description

Growing wholesale supplier based in Charlotte, NC seeks a full-time Sales Representative in the Phoenix, AZ market to cover Southwestern US with growth potential to surrounding states! Our involvement with national associations in our industry has created a need for a stronger sales presence in your area. Our product is residual which opens the door for ongoing repeat sales.

- Must be a quick learner with the ability to rapidly build strong Business to Business relationships.

- An ENGAGING PERSONALITY is critical to generate sales using telephone, email communication and site visits.

- Professional demeanor and appearance.

- Attention to detail with great organization and follow-up skills are necessary to succeed in this position.

- Must be extremely self-motivated and very comfortable with making introductory and follow-up calls in order to generate and close sales.

This position could be an excellent opportunity for someone either starting or returning to the workforce. Some local and regional travel will be necessary to visit potential and existing customers. Farther travel may be required to work at trade show/association events (1-2 times per year); as well as some regional overnight travel. Typically, no more than 10-15% overnight travel is required. We offer an initial guarantee pay structure with an aggressive commission plan to be put in place when the rep is ready. Position is remote and requires reliable transportation; as well as phone, internet, and email access. Must be available to phone, email, and visit customers during regular business hours. Job Types: Full-time, 100% Commission with $42,000/year already established. This is a W-2 position.

Pay: Proven $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year within 2 years with unlimited potential
