Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market position.

Duties
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee the execution of business initiatives from inception to completion.
- Leverage software tools such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or a related field;
-3 -5 years of sales or marketing experience in the electrical equipment sector, preferably in transformers;
- - Business trip to US every 2 months are required;
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and strategic planning;
- Demonstrated success in sales with the ability to negotiate effectively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

  • 50% (Required)
