Advancement Opportunity
Once fully trained and certified, solar BDRs will progress toward advanced sales, management, or solar closing roles. We offer a 6-12 month sales and leadership development curriculum that will parallel your growth within the position and company.
Compensation
- Paid Training: $3000 - $7000 over first 2 months
- Solar BDR Earnings: $4,000 - $10,000/mo plus bonuses
- Solar BDR Manager Earnings: $8,000 - $25,000/mo plus bonuses
- Solar Advisor Earnings: $12,000 - $25,000mo plus bonuses
