Vandenberg Maintenance is a local landscaping company that offers a service that our clients didn’t know was possible. Specialising in bulbs, annuals and seasonal planting, we design, landscape and maintain gardens for golf courses, hotels and high end estates.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development strategies

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales progress

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products

- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales or account management

- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Technical sales experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
