In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.

A Day in the Life

L’Oreal’s LDB is searching for a data driven, detail oriented, Business Analyst to lead deep dive analyses and advanced analytics projects to support our direct-to-consumer channels, to develop and execute an analytics roadmap. The expectation is that this individual will become an expert on the LDB customer by developing and disseminating customer insights and analyses that support business objectives and will work with analytics and data capture on a fleet-wide, regional, and individual store level.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Analytics, Information Systems/Technology, or other related fields
2-3 years’ experience working with SQL - mastery of SQL is a must
3-5 years’ related business experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer Retail or Digital channel
Experience with modern dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Tableau and other
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite is a must - heavy focus on Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with statistical analytics languages (Python, R, SAS, etc.) is a bonus
Ability to effectively reconcile the needs of business stakeholders with the IT and Database management teams
Knowledge of integration concepts as they relate to sourcing data from disparate sources
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a fast paced, dynamic team, servicing stakeholders at both the headquarters and in the sales field
Self-motivated, results-oriented performer with excellent time management and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

Create and distribute monthly/quarterly customer KPI Reports to assist Brands in driving their DDM goals
Data collection progress of each Brands
Product launch or product performance reports
Brand level deep dives
Preparing customer segments against which DTC, E-Retailer or Field Teams can activate against in various channels
New customer vs Best customers behavior analysis
