JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent will assume the role of Enclosed Trailer Sales Representative. This position is a key growth position and a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the business. The overall objective of this position is to cover a wide geographical area within the assigned territory to support our sales efforts. You will work closely with the internal team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a new clientele by prospecting on a regular basis the assigned territory;
- Analyze market dynamics and customer needs to tailor the right recommendations;
- Carry out activities related to business development in order to increase the customer base and increase the volume of business while minimizing risks, losses and operating costs;
- Maintain, maintain and consolidate business relationships with existing customers in order to build customer loyalty and offer impeccable, quality personalized service that is distinctive from the competition;
- Keep abreast of market trends, product innovations, and competitor strategies in order to provide informed support and value-added services;
- Be responsible for the quote request process and collaborate with the various internal stakeholders for the preparation and delivery of orders to customers;
- Ability to develop and deliver an annual budget;
- Ability to work in a computerized environment and use different software
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Previous sales experience combined with experience in a related industry;
- Sales experience in the trailer field will be considered an asset;
- College diploma in administration and/or sales or equivalent;
- Bilingualisme;
- Excellent business development skills and opportunity spotting;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive and autonomous approach to task management and goal achievement;
- Strong sales and customer service oriented ability;
- Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate advice;
- Ability to develop and deliver an annual budget;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential;
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration;
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle in good condition are required for this position;
- Lives in the territory of the position (essential);

SALARY:
- From 55,000 to 100,000
REMARKS:
- Permanent and full-time position, Monday to Friday 40 hours/week
