Summit Logistics Group is looking for highly motivated business development individuals who are committed to providing transportation solutions for customers across North America! The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development and sales, with a focus on logistic sales and market expansion. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities

- Identify market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies

- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and close deals

- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

- Utilize inside sales techniques to drive revenue growth

- Demonstrate technical knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals

- Familiarity with inside sales techniques and warm calling strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
