Job Description
Universal Screens LLC is a leader in exterior shade manufacturing and is seeking a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to facilitate interactions between customers and the sales department. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. With this in mind, this position requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. A minimum of two years in Customer Service Management or Project Management is required to be considered for this position.
The following duties for this role are illustrative and not exhaustive, and will evolve over time as this department grows.
- Coordination and facilitation of Sales representatives in their daily tasks, tracking customer interaction, follow-up, and resolution
- Streamline processes to improve customer communication and satisfaction
- Providing customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up
- Outbound calling to engage with customers and address their needs
- Customer feedback in the form of planned and strategic satisfaction surveys
- Utilizing analysis skills to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Event coordination to include dinners, lunches, and events between customers and Sales Representatives
- Assisting with management of Sales Representative schedules including meetings, travel, and customer contact
- Creative problem solving and innovative thinking to improve customer service interactions and customer engagement

Pay: $40,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
