We’re Hiring! Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Client Services Project Coordinator role on the team.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour on W2.

Work Type: Remote - 50 miles from Phoenix or Beaverton Location

Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension)

Job Overview:

This position supports the Program Manager in project execution in the Client Services Technology area and ensures consistently superior documentation and client service standards in all client interactions.
Client interactions are defined as verbal and written communications, problem resolutions, consulting, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Execution – Act as back-up to Project Manager and Associate Business Analyst to continually meet documentation and reporting requirements, liaise with development and operational teams regarding task progress and completion (support ticket creation and management, deadline management and tracking, client status reporting and other necessary communication, and coordinates with the various operational teams) to deliver all technology and process updates on time and at the highest quality standards.
Operating Standards – Participate in the development, and implementation of a set of standards by which all technology projects are documented and tracked to create a best in practice culture that allows for similar level of service regardless of the staff assigned.
Estimates & Communication – Track requests for estimates from receipt through to delivery, appropriately communicating with the client, and/or other operational departments, to ensure progress and delivery within established timelines.
Reporting & Documentation – Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance.

Qualifications:

1+ year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, or Office365
Experience creating Smartsheet reports and views (preferred)
