We're expanding our dedicated office team in Abbotsford, BC! If you're passionate about helping other people, have excellent communication skills and enjoy multitasking, we can be your perfect match!
Daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Answering phone calls/emails and providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
- Providing quotes to customers while ensuring accurate pricing
- Scheduling deliveries or pickups for each order
- Performing general Office Administration (filing, scanning documents, order processing)
- Maintaining a clean/organized workspace
- Participating in industry events
Our ideal candidate has:
- Previous Sales experience --> bonus points for a turf or landscaping background!
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
