Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate sales professional to join our team. This role is perfect for seasoned sales leaders who thrive in challenging environments and are excited about driving growth in a fast-paced startup setting.

Atlanta, Georgia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads in a targeted list of prospects through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Business Development:
  • Research and understand the aviation industry to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Sales Process Ownership:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to address any questions or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and autonomous systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
