Oxford Garden, a leading commercial outdoor furniture design company headquartered in Simpsonville, KY, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Founded in 1996 and family-owned, we specialize in the design, distribution, and support of premium outdoor furniture in commercial and hospitality markets.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Create and foster current and new customer relationships
- Develop and manage customer estimates throughout the sales process
- Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
- Initiate meaningful relationships with clients through thoughtful sales conversations and correspondence
- Support outside and independent sales teams with cost estimates, product specifications, and shipping information
- Occasional travel to trade shows and client visits as required (95% in office, 5% travel)
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to learn new software
- Minimum of five years of inside B2B sales experience
Preferred:
- Experience with longer sales cycles
- Familiarity with CRM software/business management systems
- Previous experience in hospitality/designer or furniture/outdoor living industries
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
