QC Kinetix specializes in the use of regenerative medicine to treat arthritis, joint pain, sports related Injuries, and chronic pain without the need for surgery or opioids. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to act as a Patient Advocate at our Eugene, OR location. This position is a part-time, performance-based role and perfect for a highly qualified sales professional looking for competitive pay.
The Patient Advocate must be a highly motivated, self-starter, competitive individual that preferably has healthcare elective procedure experience in dealing with an out-of-pocket (no insurance) medical practice. We are looking for a skilled "deal closer" who can professionally overcome objections from patients while articulating to the patient the benefits of our services. They are expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them in the treatment processes. Following up with patients on a regular basis to build and maintain relationships is a critical function of this medical center role, as well as ensuring excellent patient satisfaction. Achieving year over year sales growth by increasing gross revenue for the clinic is a must through community outreach and referrals from other medical practices, as well as attending local community events to increase awareness of our company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Upholds the highest morals and ethics while adhering to the QC Kinetix mission statement at all times.
Understands basic physiology for each treatment offered as to be able to explain each treatment prescribed by the medical provider in great detail.
Learns and delivers verbiage from provided script for each treatment option prescribed by the medical provider. Attends training in Charlotte, NC and completes mentoring program. All travel expenses are covered.
Follows up with all new prospective patients in a prompt manner by calling all new patients prior to their appointment for an introduction as to who they will be seeing in an effort to establish rapport and information on patient’s goals for therapy. Additionally, following up with all patients after appointments in a timely manner is expected, as well as following up with all leads from events. This candidate is expected to help generate leads and drive sales
Monthly sales call with Corporate Sales team as well as weekly/ bi weekly calls with mentor.
Obtains treatment plan from medical provider to present to new patient, establishes rapport with new patient, and presents treatment protocol dictated by the medical provider.
Answers any questions or objections the new patient may have regarding finances, timing, or treatment.
Perform outreach and marketing activities for clinic/patient growth with other medical practices and businesses in the area (e.g. chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, gyms, assisted living homes) to develop organic leads for clinic. Attend local community events to increase brand awareness and to help generate leads.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
3 years as a proven Sales Leader
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Highly motivated, energetic, self starter.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule
1 -2 day a week in person. Tuesday is our clinic day - must be available to work in person every Tuesday 8am-6pm. Additionally we are open one Saturday a month 8am-5pm
Follow up phone calls and responding to patients through out the week.
Local events and presentations (often on weekends) as approved by manager.
Compensation
$500 per clinic day
Competitive, tiered commission rate based on monthly clinic revenue
