This Sales Representative role is an appealing opportunity for motivated and results-oriented professionals in the B2C sector, especially those experienced in in-home consultations or residential renovation sales. Here's a summary of the key details and requirements:

Position Overview:

  • Compensation: Commission-based, with paid training. Average first-year earnings range from $80K to $100K, plus benefits.
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts that cover days and afternoons (afternoons end at 8 pm) with occasional Saturdays.
  • Start Date: Training begins in January 2025.
  • Clientele: The role involves no cold calling; instead, you'll engage with warm, pre-booked leads.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified clients for home remodeling or renovation projects.
  • Collaborate with customers on design options, project scope, and product selection.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and handle contract signings tactfully.
  • Prepare and present accurate estimates and quotes.
  • Utilize promotional offers and discounts effectively.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups on pending sales and update all information within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in B2C sales, particularly in environments such as door-to-door, in-home consultations, or residential renovations.
  • Skills: Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational ability. Proficiency in using computer systems is also essential.
  • Other Requirements: Must possess a valid G driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
