Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing business strategies, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
- Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling to generate leads
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory control team for efficient stock management
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a dealership or similar environment
- Strong mathematical skills for analyzing sales data and forecasting trends
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in sales software for tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics
