Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts, product demos, and business development for our residential or commercial furniture sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with our team.

- Responsible for developing and managing B2B customer channels, particularly in wholesale, retail, and distribution channels for home and office furniture.
- Build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients, deeply understand customer needs, and provide solutions.
- Focus on expanding customer resources, including large retail chains, specialized furniture stores, and office furniture procurement channels in the furniture industry.
- Formulate B2B sales plans and market promotion strategies based on the company's overall sales strategy.
- Promote the company’s furniture product line by conducting product presentations and introductions to target customers.
- Negotiate and sign sales contracts with clients, ensuring the smooth progress of business processes.
- Follow up on the execution of customer orders, ensuring delivery times and quality meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Handle post-sales customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, providing timely feedback to the company.
- Participate in market research for new products and offer professional opinions to help optimize product design and features.
- Regularly compile sales reports, analyze sales performance, and achieve the company’s sales targets.
- Responsible for sales forecasting, budget management, and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
· Extensive channel resources with offline distributors and dealers of relative commodities ( indoor/outdoor furniture, office furniture, fitness equipment, massage chair or meeting pod)
· Ability and experience in direct customer expansion.
· Familiarity with the U.S. market, with a certain level of market analysis and forecasting capabilities.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively promote products and solve customer issues.
