We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting our business development initiatives.As a Sales Development Representative at Breakthrough, you will be a vital part of our team, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to support our growth strategy. You will craft and execute compelling cold call and cold email campaigns designed to generate warm leads for our Business Development teams. Your innovative strategies and persuasive messaging will be crucial in promoting our diverse Breakthrough product portfolio.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to identify and qualify potential leads.
Create and deploy targeted cold call and cold email campaigns to engage prospects.
Partner with the Business Development teams to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and manage lead tracking systems efficiently.
Continuously analyze performance metrics to refine outreach strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate insights into outreach strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to craft engaging and persuasive messaging.
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other lead generation tools is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach to challenges.
