Job Summary:We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Florida Region to drive direct sales within the Fire and Life Safety sector, focusing on promoting and selling fire alarm systems while cultivating strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and resolve customer inquiries.
• Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
• Represent the company at industry events to expand product visibility.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Maintain detailed sales records and provide feedback for product development.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in fire and life safety or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong network within the Fire and Life Safety sector.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales territories effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75%.
