ServiceTitan is looking for a Supervisor, Integrations & Data Services to join our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of professional experience which includes a balanced combination of accounting, software data conversion, project management, and client relationship management. This Manager will
Oversee our Data Quality & Accounting Integration team members to ensure our customer’s data is migrated onto ServiceTitan with the highest degree of completion and accuracy; and ensure ServiceTitan is set up to integrate as expected with our customer’s ERP.
What you'll do
  • Oversee, triage, and complete ticketing requests
  • Develop processes aimed at making data support ticketing & import a more self-serve experience. Proactive in all internal forums and writes SOP anticipating future challenges. Reaches out to Titans about upcoming releases, downtime, process changes, or active bugs that will have an impact on implementations/JIRAs.
  • Be an extremely effective communicator understanding the significance and appropriate use of various communication channels and tone based on circumstances and audience
  • Serve as the face of the company in front of most impactful clients and skillfully navigate all conversations, from introduction to long term relationship building
  • Contribute to future product development and integration efforts\Research new software and automation for improved SLA and experience
  • Challenge current processes for scalability
  • Coordinate with cross-functional resources to deliver against defined timelines and client business requirements
  • Facilitate sessions with client stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs and do it all with confidence and a smile
  • Anticipate project risks and issues, confidently address any and all challenges, mitigate risks and issues and escalate to appropriate parties where required
What you'll need
  • Four year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, ideally T-SQL
  • 1+ years of experience working across departments for troubleshooting data-related issues
  • 1-3 years of professional experience which includes at minimum 1-2 years in each of the following areas 1) Accounting 2) Project Management, 3) Client Relationship Management
  • Be a problem solver who has a demonstrated ability to overcome challenges with creative solutions
  • Strive to seek out more than just the problem at hand and develop repeatable solutions
  • Be meticulously detail oriented with the ability to multitask, manage client expectations and align external resources for quality and timely delivery of projects
  • Natural ability to think several steps ahead of the client and take proactive steps to address roadblocks and issues
  • A track record of being a team player and leader with strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Familiarity with software and agile development is a plus

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $182,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
