Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador
$55,000 - $60,000 Base + Commission
Reports to: Director of Sales
Are you passionate about design, construction, and creating lasting impressions? As a Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of premium fabricated stone surfacing products, selling to businesses in the Home Building, Kitchen & Bath, and Commercial sectors, as well as private and retail buyers. If you thrive on building strong client relationships, growing account portfolios, and bringing beautiful, innovative products to market, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Embody Our Brand: Immerse yourself in our company’s mission and values, becoming a true ambassador of our products.
- Drive Sales Growth: Generate and follow up on leads, cold call, prospect, and network to build new business opportunities and hit ambitious sales targets.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Prepare and present detailed quotes for both existing and new clients, collaborating on pricing strategies and negotiating deals that benefit all parties.
- Seal the Deal: Review contracts and ensure proper credit approval processes are followed, setting up client terms to kickstart successful partnerships.
- Keep Us on Track: Provide weekly and monthly reports, including sales call logs, forecasts, mileage, and lead tracking, ensuring the team stays aligned with our goals.
- Educate and Inspire: Deliver impactful sales presentations, lead product knowledge training, and host workshops for current and potential customers.
- Coordinate Efforts: Collaborate with marketing on special programs, trade shows, and events to promote the brand and expand our market reach.
- Nurture Client Relationships: Make regular visits to client sites to monitor feedback, address concerns, and elevate customer satisfaction. Handle escalations with support from upper management when needed.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work with Project Managers to oversee account handoffs, ensuring smooth administrative set-up of new jobs and seamless project execution.
- Problem-Solve: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Be Present: Attend site meetings, inspections, and internal health & safety discussions, ensuring smooth project progression from start to finish.
- Boost Brand Visibility: Assist with content creation for the website and social media, driving brand awareness and attracting new clients.
- Product Sampling Guru: Manage sampling for both existing and potential customers, introducing new products and color launches while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our offerings.
What You’ll Get:
- Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
- Commission: Earn 0.30% on all assigned account sales and 0.50% on new business accounts.
- Mileage Reimbursement: We’ve got your travel expenses covered.
