Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 + Uncapped Commissions

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in construction, engineering, or related technical fields.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as part of the role.
