Job Description

Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships and achieving outstanding results? Join our dynamic team as a Partner Success Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering a relentless commitment to the customer experience with a base of accounts in a territory. Looking to expand services within those accounts.

Major Objectives and Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to provide top-tier support to existing partners within your designated territory. Your main objectives will include:

  • Elevating the experience of our existing partners by offering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Expanding revenue streams by effectively upselling additional products and services to our partners.
  • Ensuring that partners are maximizing their benefits from Kraft's suite of tools and resources.
  • Employing strategic marketing tools and referrals to bring new partners into your territory.
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing revenue-based sales quotas.
  • Achieving exceptional market penetration in your assigned territory and building strong, enduring relationships with key decision makers.
  • On the road travel to visit with customers 2 times a month.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High school diploma or GED).
  • 3-5 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
  • Proven track record in both sales and customer account management.
  • Unwavering enthusiasm and motivation to excel.
  • A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness at prioritization.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to lead and influence others effectively, utilizing persuasive skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Products and Services Involved:

You'll be at the forefront of offering innovative solutions as you:

  • Update and manage HubSpot CRM.
  • Offer a comprehensive range of cutting-edge Network Digital Copiers/printers and associated Software Solutions.
  • Provide software solutions for streamlined document management and workflow.
  • Present a full line of IT Managed Services and hardware offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will include:

  • Conducting regular quarterly and biannual business reviews with partners within your territory.
  • Identifying opportunities to upgrade and enhance partners' offerings.
  • Ensuring that partners are making full use of Kraft's tools and services, while upselling additional solutions when appropriate.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact to resolve any partner concerns and issues promptly.
  • Managing the documentation and processes required for changes within partner relationships.
