**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our business's growth by identifying potential clients, engaging them through strategic outreach, and setting appointments for our senior sales staff. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to make a significant impact in the IT services industry.

Please note: The salary listed is an estimate that is based off of base pay, a competitive compensation plan, and an average amount of experience.

**Duties:**

- Identify and pursue new sales leads

- Develop and maintain a through knowledge of our services

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

- Track all interactions with prospective clients using CRM software

- Work closeley with management to refine outreach strategies and share insights from client interactions

-Travel for local networking events and client engagements

**Requirements:**

- Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to excel in sales (experience in IT or technology sales is a plus but not required)

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

- High degree of self-motivation and drive to achieve results

- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written

- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

- A high school diploma or GED

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Business development

- Outside sales experience

- Ability to analyze data for sales strategies

- Strong negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Account management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $81,629.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Compensation package:

  • Monthly bonus

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 25% travel

  • This will be an evolving role that will begin with acting as an Opener, but will eventually evolve into a full-cycle, or Opener and Closer role. Would you be willing to travel to clients on a case-by-case basis in order to close a deal? Clients would be located within the DFW or North Texas area.
