Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute initiatives to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through targeted upsell activities, analyzing client usage patterns to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and support upselling of additional products and services.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product teams to implement strategies that align with client needs and company objectives, facilitating communication to enhance upsell opportunities.
- Track personal performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reviewing results to identify areas for improvement and taking action to meet targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging cyber security threats to contribute insights that support upsell initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales or client management role, with a focus on upselling or business development, preferably in the cyber security or technology sectors.
- Experience supporting SaaS cyber security sales through VARs and managed service partners is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cyber Security, or a related field is desirable.
- Familiarity with cyber security products and services, and an understanding of how they meet client needs and industry challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient analytical skills, with experience using CRM and data analytics tools to inform decision-making and track performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to executing tasks.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals.
