Sales Professional, PAHHNI – Premium Alkaline Water (Start Up)
Summary:
PAHHNI is hiring a hands-on sales professional (SP) to help expand our brand into retail locations in Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana. This position will be salary + commission with health benefits after 6 months.
PAHHNI is a Premium Alkaline Bottled Water, launched in Summer 2022. We are in 240+ retail locations around the Greater Cincinnati area and are adding more locations weekly. Our goal is to be a major player in the beverage industry in the very near future.
Locations:
We are looking for 1 SP to cover the Greater Cincinnati area (~1 hour radius)

Responsibilities:
In summary, an effective SP will be responsible for establishing a relationship with current locations and identifying new retail opportunities for PAHHNI. A typical day will include following up with existing retailers, identifying prospective retailers, plotting your route for the day, engaging the retailer in effort to make a sale (or identify a follow up window), recording their name/phone number/and order. You will not be required to deliver any water, but sampling will be part of your day. At the end of your day, you will update a spreadsheet (successes and follow ups), pass the orders to HQ, and get ready for your next day.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Ability to lift 40 pounds (our cases weigh 40lbs; our twelve packs weigh 20lbs)
- Good communication/collaboration skills. Your success depends on your ability to talk with – and convince – prospective retailers on the benefits of PAHHNI, both from the Consumer and Retailer point of view.
- Good attitude – we are looking for optimistic, externally focused, “can do” people who want to be successful.
Compensation/Benefits
- Successful candidates can easily make 6 figures; salary + commission, actual compensation will be variable based on your performance.

- Company apparel – while we currently don’t have a “uniform”, we do have several options of branded clothing
Salary: Up to $300,000 per year
