Summary of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Service existing customers
- Cold call new prospects
- Maintain accurate customer database
- Process sales orders
- Meet and exceed daily call volume
- Meet and exceed weekly sales goals
Requirements
Experience in the Following:
- 2 years in direct sales role
- Overcoming objections to win the sale
- Tenacity to build relationships
- PHONE WARRIOR (80-90% of work day)
- Effective Time Management (Ability to juggle and prioritize)
Interpersonal Skills:
- Hungry, entrepreneurial spirit
Service-minded
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Can-do attitude
