Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on flexible packaging solutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the flexible packaging industry.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored packaging solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and innovation.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our packaging solutions.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the flexible packaging industry.
· Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and applications.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
· Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
