Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, selling wireless products, and ensuring our store provides an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit them.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless products and services.
• Accurately explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation is required; this is an on-site position in New Britain, CT.
