Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and grow our client base.
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, networking with potential clients and staying informed about market trends.
- Provide feedback on client needs and industry conditions to inform service offerings and business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or consultative selling, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- 3+ years of experience in the steel or industrial services sector, or a related service-based industry.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and act on new market opportunities.
- Familiarity with account management practices and strategies for maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in upselling services is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
