Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Rep to join our team. If you have interest or experience in the wholesale flower industry, are a motivated self-starter and innovative, we would like to have you join our team!
Responsibilities
· Maintaining relationships with existing small and medium sized customers
- Staying current with our product line to answer specific questions from new and existing customers.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets, and develop strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by the company.
- Additional duties during peak season may include helping to prepare orders and ensuring high quality products are ready in time for shipping.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the floral industry an asset
- Demonstrate strong written and interpersonal communication skills and display a willingness to present ideas
- Knowledge of Spire Systems or similar business management/order-entering software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Environment
· Permanent, Full time
· 9am-6pm Monday – Friday
- Extensive sitting and concentrating in an office environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
