Regenerative Tissue Science is a leader in natural musculoskeletal regenerative nutrition. This entrepreneurial, fast-paced company is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative for a rewarding and challenging career in sales and account management. Must be disciplined, a self-starter and goal oriented. Must demonstrate a professional demeanor, be a good communicator and have the ability to develop customer relationships and generate new sales revenue while managing existing accounts.
This is not telemarketing nor retail sales. This is an educational and consultative selling role to both healthcare professionals as well as highly motivated and educated consumers searching for premium natural solutions to maintain their bone and joint health. Full company training. Must have the aptitude for basic science and have a desire to help people with their health.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and develop and expand relationships.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly sales goals.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate revenue
- Maintain and expand your database accounts within assigned territory.
- Grow customer base both within the healthcare professional arena as well as consumer sales
Requirements and skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving goals
- Strong phone presence and excellent phone sales experience
- Experience working with Customer Relations Management Systems (CRM)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Coachable and willingness to learn
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Base Salary Plus Commission Paid Monthly
Pay: $45,000-$52,000 with quarterly and annual bonus (100k annual opportunity)
