ROLE OVERVIEW
Regional Sales Representatives are responsible for driving sales in a specified region to achieve and exceed sales targets. They may handle tasks such as driving revenue growth and expanding our OTC (Beauty Supply Store) market presence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region. Regions can be within the US or outside the US.
- Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field or comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
· At least 3 years of beauty supply sales experience preferred.
· Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry, with a strong emphasis on domestic/international compliance and product or brand registrations.
· May be required to have strong knowledge of industry regulations and laws, both domestic and international.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills in both Korean and English preferred.
· Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
· Proven experience in international trade compliance within the beauty industry or similar industry.
· Must be based in the NJ/NY metro area and willing to travel any region of the US, Caribbean or Intl.
- Bilingual Business Professional Proficiency in English and Korean.
· Travel frequently to meet w/ clients at their location. All business trip expenses are incurred by the company.

COMPENSATION
$50-80k per year - based on proven record of sales and experience.
