Overview
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building relationships with homeowners and commercial property owners in need of roofing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing systems, a passion for sales, and a desire to exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking.
  • Manage assigned territories to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, home improvement, or a related industry.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to engage with customers, identify their needs, and close sales. A consultative sales approach is preferred.
  • Roofing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and services is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and grow in the roofing industry is essential.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex roofing concepts in simple terms to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions that meet both their needs and the company’s goals.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet with clients on-site.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
