Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound and warm calling, as well as nurturing existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
- Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM software
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
