Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to find new clients and achieve sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital solutions

- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiating contracts

- Collaborate with the Project Director to ensure successful project management and delivery

- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage customer relationships

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities

- Think creatively about what services would be best to offer clients, leveraging your appreciation for design and digital solutions

- Communicate effectively how our services can help clients grow their business and add value

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the digital industry

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities

- Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, preferably HubSpot

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization

- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets

- Passion for digital solutions, web, and IT, with a creative flair or appreciation for design

- Self-motivated and proactive, with a high interest in helping clients succeed through our services

Compensation:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be compensated on a commission-only basis, receiving a percentage of the revenue and profit on each project, as well as monthly subscriptions from acquired clients. This structure allows you to earn passive income over time, with the potential for significant earnings based on your performance. There are no other benefits associated with this role, giving you the freedom to allocate your earnings as you see fit.

Location: Houston, TX

100% remote position while residing within metro Houston area, no need to come to the office unless requested by Project Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
