Job Description:
We seek an experienced Sales/Account Manager to drive business growth and manage relationships with key clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our current client base, and ensuring high-level service to our existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in warehousing and transportation
  • Grow existing accounts by building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Manage and nurture relationships with larger accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand needs and identify upselling opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the logistics, warehousing, or transportation industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of supply chain solutions, including warehousing and transportation services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
